Hi Rachel, I got to your blog through your comments on mine... and I have to say... THANK YOU for exposing me to your blog!!! I love what you have to say and look forward to going through your posts. If I weren't so busy scrambling to get things ready for this new baby I would be picking your brain on unschooling since I am finding myself plagued by doubts. It can be very, very hard to be a Catholic and an unschooler (acceptance wise). Anyway. I'll check out that book. I've never heard of it. Should make an interesting read, should I want to feel depressed;)
I am a Gen-Xer, (b.1966) and have been happily married to Robert (b. 1965) and am so grateful to have been blessed to have 3 terrific kids: Andrew (b.1989), Ben (b.1996) and Autumn (b. 2000). Lets just say that, regarding my personality, I’ve never had a hard time standing up for what I believe in, what you see is what you get, and I’m rarely forgotten by those who meet me.
